Course: Body Massage - 2 Day

There are several companies that offer body massage training, in order to chose the school with whom you want to train with you should ask for a details of their course content, back up to provided to students after the course and exact details of their certification.

Your course includes;

Day 1

• Industry health and safety
• Benefits of massage
• Client consultation and contra indications
• Different massage mediums and techniques
• Couch set up, hygiene and sanitation
• Full massage of legs, arms, abdomen, chest and neck

Day 2

• Recap day 1
• Full massage of face, scalp and back
• Use of electrical massage equipment, audio sonic, gyratory
• Using infra red lamps
• Towel management
• Full body massage treatment
• Aftercare and retail

Please note: you are required to return to carry out a full body massage 6- 8 wks following the course to ensure your confidence and success.

How do I progress;

• Hot stone massage - one day course
• Indian head massage - one day course
• Indonesian massage – two day course

Do I need any previous qualifications?
No, you must let us know if you do not have any prior anatomy and physiology knowledge as you will be required to do some extra work

Do I need a kit?
No, equipment is provided

Do I need a model?
No, students work on each other. Please inform of us of any medical conditions you may have to ensure there are no issues with this.
